In 1976, Melaplast was one of the first companies in the world to start producing high-quality, multi-layer CPL laminates based on melamine resin. The abbreviation CPL stands for Continuous Pressure Laminate and refers to a continuous production process that produces a particularly robust material with a wide range of possible uses.

With over 40 years of experience and know-how, Melaplast is your reliable and powerful partner for numerous areas of industrial use of CPL laminates: Our laminates are not only used in the furniture, kitchen and door industries, but also in profile wrapping, in the shopfitting and interior design as well as in the caravan, mobile home, ship and aircraft industry. Here we develop elegant and technical solutions for the high-quality and functional interior design of mobile homes, ships and yachts, which have to meet particularly high requirements. Our special products also include melamine laminates with a real aluminum surface, laminates with high abrasion resistance, anti-fingerprint surfaces, special laminates for products that require a vapor barrier, and laminates that prevent electrostatic charging, which is what happens in everyday use application offers a decisive advantage.
